Alexander Dwyer is a seventh-generation Texan, a life-long resident of Houston, and an accomplished attorney. Alexander combines his well-honed trial skills and detailed understanding of the law to achieve successful results for his clients.
After graduating from law school, Alexander worked for two of Texas' most prestigious litigation firms where he gained unparalleled experience on several large personal injury and products liability trial dockets. Alexander's practice has focused primarily on catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths in connection with faulty products, pharmaceutical drugs, Jones Act seaman, offshore oil rigs, land based oil rigs, and motor vehicle collisions. Alexander has successfully litigated cases for clients throughout the country and has countless successes against some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, oil companies and insurance companies.
Alexander decided to continue his successful track record and started his own firm. The majority of Alexander's cases originate from referrals from other law firms. Alexander received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, in Houston, where he was consistently named to the Dean’s Honor List. Alexander is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and is also a member of the State Bar of Texas and American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Alexander has also practiced extensively in Louisiana and Pennsylvania state and federal courts, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
